How do I book a consultation at JRYN?
Book via WhatsApp at +82-10-5573-7574 or email jryn7575@naver.com. Walk-ins welcome but appointments preferred. Foreign patients typically book 1–2 days in advance with photos and concerns sent ahead so we can recommend treatments before you fly to Busan.
What languages do you speak at JRYN?
Consultations available in English, Japanese, Chinese, and Korean. Dr. Lee speaks English directly. Translation support available for Japanese and Chinese during peak medical tourism seasons.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Walk-ins welcome but appointments strongly preferred to ensure 45-minute consultation time. Same-day appointments often available via WhatsApp; book at least 1–2 hours ahead during business hours.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash (KRW), credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, AMEX), and bank transfer accepted. Foreign credit cards welcome. We provide Korean medical receipts for international insurance reimbursement claims.
Is parking available at JRYN?
Limited paid parking available in the building (₩2,000 per hour). Many nearby paid lots within 2–3 minutes' walk. Public transit recommended due to Seomyeon's central location and parking scarcity.
Can I get a treatment plan and quote before flying to Busan?
Yes — this is what we recommend. Send 3–5 photos (front, both sides, smiling, relaxed) plus a description of your concerns to WhatsApp +82-10-5573-7574. We respond with treatment recommendations and accurate pricing within 24 hours, so you arrive with a confirmed plan.
How early should I arrive for my appointment?
10 minutes early is sufficient — for new patients, we use the buffer for brief intake forms in your language. For returning patients, arrive at appointment time. The building's elevator can occasionally be busy during lunch hours.
Do I need to bring anything to my consultation?
Just a valid ID (passport for foreign patients). If you have previous treatment records, photos of past results, or skincare products you currently use, those are helpful but not required. We provide all medical paperwork on-site.
Can I bring a friend or family member?
Yes. Companions welcome in the consultation lounge. For privacy, only the patient is present in treatment rooms during procedures, but companions can wait in the comfortable lounge area with refreshments.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Cancel or reschedule via WhatsApp at any time — no fees. We appreciate 24 hours' notice for major procedure bookings to allow other patients to take the slot, but emergencies are always understood.
