Thermage-class
tightening,
Korean efficiency.
Oligio is Korea's flagship monopolar radiofrequency device, designed as a more accessible alternative to Thermage. Using the same RF principles, it delivers strong skin tightening with shorter treatment time and significantly lower cost.
At a glance.
Strong tightening, smart pricing — the Korean answer to Thermage.
Oligio is Korea's leading monopolar radiofrequency device, developed by Inus Medical. It uses the same fundamental technology as Thermage (deep RF heating for collagen contraction) but at significantly lower cost. The Oligio platform features automatic impedance matching, vibration cooling, and customizable depth settings — delivering Thermage-comparable tightening at a fraction of the price. Pricing from ₩290,000 (300 shots) to ₩550,000 (600 shots).
The science
,
simplified.
Understanding the mechanism helps you set realistic expectations and compare with alternatives.
Monopolar RF energy
Oligio delivers monopolar radiofrequency through a hand-piece tip directly onto the skin. The energy passes through to deep dermal layers (3–4mm), heating collagen across a wide volume.
Real-time impedance matching
Oligio's smart system measures skin resistance in real time and adjusts energy output accordingly. This prevents under-treatment of resistant areas and over-treatment of thin skin.
Immediate + delayed contraction
Heated collagen contracts immediately (visible day-of tightening), and fibroblasts produce new collagen over 8–12 weeks (gradual lifting effect). The combination produces both instant and long-term results.
Maintenance schedule
Oligio results last 10–14 months. We recommend annual maintenance to compound effects. After 2–3 yearly treatments, many patients find their baseline skin quality has permanently improved.
